Express Dry

Brandon and his team did a great job on our house in Escondido. We had a water leak in the wall behind the shower which they demoed and dryed out both inside and underneath. They were extremely helpful and communicated everything to our insurance company - which really helped take some of the stress off the situation. Highly recommend!

Noah Express Dry is by far the most experienced and knowledgeable when it comes to water damage and dealing with insurance. I can’t thank them enough. From restoration to the pack-out team—Raymond and Orlando of the Mitigation Pack-Out Team—handled our belongings with such care. The way they packed and wrapped everything was amazing. No damage or broken glass! For repairs, Alex from ABM Construction and his team were outstanding. They finished the job on time and did a great job. I can’t recommend them highly enough. I’m definitely a happy customer—they truly take care of their clients.

Had a pipe burst downstairs. Plumber referred us to Express Dry. Moses arrived within a few hours and blowers were placed in the house the same night. Team was very professional and provided good communication. The bad part was the amount of demolition they did and removing all our installation from our exterior walls. They cut 2 feet out of all the walls downstairs but removed 5 feet of installation?

We had an unfortunate leak right after the holidays and express dry was referred by the plumber who came out. Oscar came out within THE HOUR to inspect and walk through next steps with us. Express dry and especially Oscar were incredible throughout the whole process from demo, cleaning up, honesty, speaking with our insurance company for the claim... absolute best customer service and care. Would recommend!!!!!

They removed cabinets that didn’t need to be removed and also did unnecessary work on the drywall. They broke my cabinet and are now telling me they’re not responsible for it. I would recommend that everyone set up a payment cap with them before work begins. Otherwise, you may end up with a bill that surprises you. The agent kept telling me it would be fully covered by insurance, but that was not true. Our claim was denied, and we had to pay the entire amount ourselves. I’m glad I set a cap with them early on, which saved me from a long negotiation later. Also, even if your insurance does pay a large amount, they might drop you the following year. Be very cautious when making your decision and protect yourself.
