Express Flooring

Express Flooring just finished installing new Mohawk Revwood flooring in my entire house. I had HUGE reservations after signing the contract and then reading one bad review after another. I even cancelled the contract. After that I spoke with several people in the company, including the project manager for Oklahoma, Will. I reluctantly decided to go ahead and give them a chance. Will promised his best contractor, Martin, would do a good job. Martin and his crew did not disappoint. The job took two weeks. We had a few issues along the way, but we just had to bring it to Martin’s attention and they were resolved. They went above and beyond with everything we asked. The entire process of getting new floors was simple. The sales rep was friendly, knowledgeable and made great suggestions. The installers, brothers Savior and Jose were absolutely the best. They worked hard and explained the process step by step. They were perfectionists. My floors are beautiful. I highly recommend these two gentlemen. Im absolutely thrilled with Express Flooring and my new floors.

The consultation was great, they measured and showed us several varieties of flooring. The same day deal was too good to pass up! Communication was good. The day of demo/installation, we had tile and carpet removed. The crew was on time, did a great job! We were given a 4 day window and they finished in a day and a half! They walked us through everything, no questions left unanswered. Very happy with the job they did!

The entire process was smooth and easy, from rep visiting us, providing details to the carpet install. Great communication the rep as we had to change the install date. It was changed with no issues. They did a great job on installing the carpet. We are very pleased with everything and will definitely refer anyone to them.

So I scheduled to have my floor put in September 2025. I had a specific date because I was on vacation. It’s still took them three days past the original date to get my floor put in, which I planned it to be done before my BBQ. It barely got done before the BBQ. Now, just 2.5 months after installation, I’m having issues with the floor coming up in certain places. It took three calls to get in touch with them. I finally got in contact with them today and let them know about the floor. The person on the phone told me to take pictures and send it to a phone number, and if I didn’t take a picture of it, it won’t be looked at and repaired. I have a warranty on my floor, but you’re gonna pick and choose what part of the floor you repair only if I send you pictures, that’s not how any other fl
