Express Flooring

I had the most incredible experience with Express Flooring!! Jean Carlos was super informative and encouraging with all my design decisions and Julio and his crew were phenomenal. Showed up to work on time every day and got the whole house done laying wood look tile from vynil with quarter round in just 4 days! I highly recommend and appreciate the quality work that was done. Absolutely exceptional!

We were super impressed with how quickly Express Flooring contacted us and set up an appointment to review our options. Crystalee came the next day and did a great job understanding our goals and working with us to accomplish our project in a timely, cost effective and professional manner. The installers came with the right carpet and equipment and finished everything as hoped for. We are super happy and would recommend Express Flooring to everyone.

If there was a rating of 0? It would be that! We contracted this company to install wood flooring about 3 weeks ago. They tore up the tile and grout without covering any of our items. The work was in the kitchen and entry way. Our living room, computer room, dining room, and other electronic gaming items were covered in 2 inches of dirt. And since the air conditioner was on, it was all throughout our house. Even the upstairs and master bedroom was covered in filth. They "claimed" they had a cleaning crew to clean afterwards. They had 3 women come over to clean my house. They even said that the house was "trashed" and that they have NEVER seen it this bad! They did not clean my house in the manner it was found. The 2-man crew Express Flooring sent to replace all flooring on our main floor did a fantastic job - from demo of tile (and carpet), to leveling, to install. We’re very pleased with the result! It was a major investment but I’m enjoying my home so much more now.

I would certainly recommend Express Flooring for your flooring project. Roberto’s installation team removed laminate and a glued down plank flooring. Quite an effort and what a mess. Jean Carlos Garcia Hernandez ( jeez…. I only have 2 names) was our design consultant and Sales Associate. Heard from him during install to check on progress. Also received a call during installation from the Operations Team to check on the same. JCGH is a great guy to have across the table! Answered all questions, met all of our requirements; this is a 5-Star experience. Hopefully Gonzalo, Roberto’s Supervisor, sees this review and offers at least a pat on the back
