I spoke with Benny to request a quote. He stated he was not interested because he believed the job would be too small and said he only completes large projects. When I asked why he assumed this, he did not provide an explanation and ended the call abruptly. Based on this interaction, I found the experience unprofessional.
Ben and his guys have done some amazing work for me. We've used Express to remodel our home, install a new kitchen and bathrooms, and to remodel some rental properties. He has always done a fantastic job and prices have been fair.
