I called and requested a free inspection of my 20 year old HVAC system conducted by Phillip in my primary home. I was pleased that my request was handled the same day. Phillip was very courteous throughout the process which was greatly appreciated.

I will definitely use this place again in the future. They are extremely professional and they installed our heating and air quickly and went over all the questions my husband and I had. Yes, I highly recommend this business and I loved their professional service so much I took time to do a review which I hardly ever do. Great job guys!!!

Al is an excellent tech. His quality of work and professionalism supersedes all others. He took the time to explain what was being done to my A/C and why. Service time was excellent as well. From the time I called for service and the time it took for tech to get too my house was less than a hour. Due to a previous error of another tech, Mr. Stone did not charge me for this service and also took responsibility for the company he worked for. Express heat and air have been a great company to us. I would recommend this company and especially Al Stone to meet to needs when looking for great customer service and knowledgeable technician.

They are awesome! I cannot say enough good things about this company! I called them on a SUNDAY, and they came to repair my unit on the same day! Al was great! I had another issue(very minor) on Friday, and Trent fixed it right away! Al and Trent provided amazing service and they now have a customer for life!
