Express Kitchen & Bath

If you're looking for the highest end luxury, go elsewhere. I did my research and ended up here because people use Express because they are affordable and wonderful to work with. I am so happy with my kitchen and was impressed every step of the way, but I was also realistic with the product. Don't dream of luxury and then complain when you end up with a regular, functional kitchen like us common folks lol! I had a great experience and definitely recommend this place.

THE WORST CABINET COMPANY IN OCEAN COUNTY!!!! if you want endless problems and the worst customer service, with people that know NOTHING about construction use these guys!!!!! TOTALLY CLUELESS, WILL SELL YOU THE CHEAPEST CABINETS 100%!!! SOMETIMES SPEND MORE without the headaches, customer used this company, and it was a complete headache from START to FINISH!!!

Unfortunately had a terrible experience from start to finish. The person who came to measure messed up twice, and we had to have the contractor redo all the measurements. The designer had no idea how to design a kitchen! Some cabinets don't even open... I asked multiple times for someone to come see the work so we can figure out a fix, but got no response. Apparently the owners don't care about the job once its paid for! I ordered crown molding and it came in 2 colors... both similar to the cabinets but it doesn't match. I'm waiting over a year still with mismatched crown moldings with no response from Express. Overall I would strongly recommend using anyone else NOT EXPRESS! Horrible work and even worse customer service. STAY AWAY!

I’m not one to write reviews but I read them a lot to help make decisions. I just would like to share my experience to prevent anyone reading this from going through the nightmare I have gone through! After my kitchen was designed, I was told that it was not able to be signed off on until someone came out to measure. Totally understandable! They sent someone unannounced with out even making arrangements. My next issue was after I paid a 75% deposit I received a email that the crown molding would be in at a later date. I then received another email that another part was out of stock but if I wanted to pay more to upgrade I could do that, so I did. Got a beautiful kitchen from their company! I was really impressed with the quality of the cabinets, the design was magnificent... Everything was grain matched to perfection- they took care to make sure every detail was taken care of!! Wonderful job overall! I would definitely recommend to my friends and family!!
