My experience with the Hartford location of Kitchen Express was extremely disappointing. They sent the wrong countertop order, and when I reached out to have the mistake corrected, they refused to fix it or take responsibility. The manager and staff involved were very unprofessional, dismissive, and lacked accountability. What should have been a simple correction turned into an unnecessary and stressful situation due to their poor customer service. Because of how this was handled, I would not recommend Kitchen Express in Hartford to anyone making a major home purchase. Customers deserve professionalism, integrity, and accountability — and this company failed on all three.

I ordered a kitchen island with quartz countertops. End result was great and as expected. However, the service was not the best experience. While the initial person I spoke with provided good service, the person at the showroom was not as present as he should've been. For my first appointment with Chris Jones in the showroom, he was 30 minutes late. He didn't excuse himself nor did he apologize for his tardiness. This should've a red flag for me. The person over the phone mailed me pulls and knobs based on pics I texted him. When I received them in the mail, they were not a match to the existing pulls & knobs. I decided to stop by the showroom and see what they had available. Chris was there, I explained I wanted to return the hardware I received and paid for. I picked new pulls, which Ch
