Express Kitchens: Springfield

What a wonderful designer, and project manager that we worked with Ulrike Robinson. We have a very small odd shape kitchen and she made it work for us. From cabinets, to granite counter tops to a new sink. we could not be any happier with the final results. I highly recommend Express Kitchens in Springfield , MA. and talk with Ulrike Robinson. My name is Brenda Douglas. My experience with obtaining financing was very easy and Darlene was very helpful. I was pleased with the design. The contractor was very quick and I was satisfied with my completed project. There were some hiccups during the process however everything was addressed in a timely matter. Overall I was pleased with my beautiful kitchen and would recommend extreme kitchen to anyone looking to makeover their kitchen.

Special thanks to Brian our installer he is a true craftsman he did an excellent job with the install our cabinets look awsome!! The countertop installers were great the counter top came out great. In all my years of dealing with contractora this company was the worst .We started a in Sep.2020 ,and procject was finish mid.October '21.We got cancelations almost 8 times and months would go by before we would hear about updates .When we paid for this project we were told that counter tops amd cabinets were in stock ready to go from the wearhouse in Ct, but because from they company did not measure and calculate the countertops we had to wait longer . We were left for 2 months with some heavy objects on the top pf the cabinets ,not safe and for few weeks we had no sink.Thy brought us wrong shape and color backsplash on one side whlie the other side was peft without backsplash and sink piece was already broken . We have small kitchen and simple project.I would not recomend this company

Excellent experience from start to finish with Express Kitchens. My cabinet installer, Eric, was hands down amazing and I would highly recommend him for any job. From his excellent communication on every step of the job, his professionalism and kindness, the quality and precision work that he did, and the respectfulness of keeping everything cleaned up when the job was complete….and they completed the job all in one day allowing less disruption to what comes with a kitchen renovation! Hands down fantastic experience A+++. Next step is countertop measure and install next week. Looking forward to the finished product!
