The team recently came out to my home on to evaluate airflow concerns following a propane heat conversion they completed previously. From scheduling to follow-up, the entire experience was professional, punctual, and thorough. The technicians were respectful of my home, took the time to listen to my concerns, and clearly explained what they were checking and why. My unit was making some weird noise outside and having issues starting up. I gave Express Mechanical a call and they were over the very next day and took care of the issue. What I appreciated about this experience was how prompt they were, friendly, and fair priced. Ive already reccomended them to some friends and family.

Claimed they knocked on my door when I was on that floor waiting for them to whole time, clearly didn’t want to do the last stop of their day. Wouldn’t answer my calls after the fact and no where to leave a voice mail, if you count on them to cool your house you will go to go to bed sweating 😂
