We used John at express plumbing to take care of a heating issue at my father’s home which occurred while he was away and after several snow events. Not only did John take care of the issue in a timely manner but was able to get there before we arrived, diagnosed the problem, temporarily fixed it until the part came in and then repaired the issue with a new part all while keeping us up to date and did so quickly ! He updated us after he found the issue and was a pleasure to work with. We were thrilled that he go there so quickly, potentially saving us from burst pipes and bad damage to the home. The part was under warranty and there was not even a charge . HIGHLY RECOMMEND this company !!

Mike the plumber explained what the problem was and had all the parts to resolve the water leak below the sink. He was courteous and considerate and left the job clean and ready for use. I would recommend this company to handle your plumbing needs.

Mike is the best!! He put a lot of care and concern into coming to help my 81-year-old mother during the cold weather when her heater died. He even left her with a portable heater temporarily while he went out to get a part for the unit! He was very honest and sincere, and arrived the day and time that he said he would be arriving. Had a pipe break in our garage to washing machine. Water spurting all over and couldn't shut it off. I am extremely happy with Express service. Our main shutoff is in the crawl space under the house. Mikey said no problem. Had it turned off and pipe fixed in no time. I am so grateful that they took care of my emergency so quickly.
