Great experience from start to finish. Quick call to discuss our options and best path forward. Communication throughout the process was top notch. The team that installed the water heater was outstanding and alerted me regarding any concerns immediately. Unfortunately newer water heaters are a little larger than 18 year old water heaters for efficiency and they had to find a way of removing the existing water heater, which was in a snug spot and completely reconnect the new one. Now it looks neat, clean and organized. Definitely will be using Express Plumbing again - keep up the great work!!

They did a great job and very happy with what they did. They had to locate the lines in our church as our clean outs were all under the surface. After they got the clog removed, they used the camera to verify it was gone and found a clean out had been pushed down and tree roots were now in the pipe. Removed the roots and repaired the pipe and we are good to go. Not everyone goes back and checks after the clog is removed and I am very appreciative of them doing that.

So I had express replace my old plumbing and water heater over the last 6 months on 2 separate visits. All their staff were extremely professional, timely, kept me informed and got the job done at a fair price. Everything was done to code and the work was solid, highly recommend them for plumbing work!!!

This company has the best employees. They are very nice, knowledgeable and patient. They responded quickly, fixed the issue in a timely manner and cleaned up the job site. I will use them for all my plumbing work.
