Express Septic

I would recommend this company to anyone. Al was super thorough in checking our septic system out, took the time to explain what and when maintenance was needed. Another well known septic company located in Ephrata tried twice now to tell us we needed very expensive things done to our septic when in fact it really required small inexpensive fixes done professionally by Express Septic.

Awesome company! We called yesterday, needing a large tank pumped, and they were able to schedule us for today. The girl on the phone (Savannah, I think) was super friendly and helpful. Initially the appointment was for early morning, but they had to reschedule for later in the day, which they let us know only 5 minutes after we got off the phone the first time. Great communication. The driver, Alan, was early and he gave us some pointers on the repairs we were going to be making. Thanks so much!

We had a full septic tank that needed pumped immediately. I called and had an appointment for the same day. The person I talked to was kind and professional. Allen, who pumped the tank was right on time, after a call to say he was on the way. He was friendly, knowledgeable and professional. We were charged exactly what we were quoted, and it was very reasonable compared to the previous time we pumped it. I would call them back anytime. Express Septic has gained a lifetime customer.

Very happy with service. Can't remember gentleman's name that came out to service septic system but he was very knowledgeable, let me know how often I need this done (it's my first septic) quick and fast. Pricing is very reasonable. Will definitely call them next time it's needed. Highly recommend!
