Express Septic Services

Had an emergency pumping on a giant lift station , For a apartment complex, I called and got the front office lady which she was awesome and Very nice. I talked to the owner , explain our situation . He came out immediately within the hour that i called . He pumped our tank to get us relief on the units that were actively flooding. The owners knowledge and expertise in the industry is top level. He knows exactly what he’s talking about and where to look . I called all the local Big companies that were top recommended on Google. We wasted more time dealing with the front desk people having a attitude, or there ridiculous time frames , we can be out next week . My only regret was not calling express septic first. Thank you to express septic and the whole team for getting it done.

We were surprised by an unexpected septic issue shortly after moving into a new home. One company was able to come out to check out our problem, and let us know what they thought the issue was, but the time-frame they gave us to return and complete repairs was a lot longer than we were prepared to deal with. We found Express Septic online and found a completely different level of help. Randy took the time to help with questions and get us on the schedule for what we had been told our problem was. In the meantime, he sent a team over the next day to do their own assessment to make sure we were all on the same page. Tim and Josh were great. Great local company! Just had my septic tank pumped this morning. They were available, courteous, clean, and professional. Great job done and Isaac is wonderful! Highly recommend. Definitely will be the company I use for all septic services!

Kaycee Pumped our septic and was very thorough, quick, answered my questions, and gave me suggestions. A couple days later Tim and Josh Came to my house to install a new pump. They did numerous tests on the pump that wasn’t working and after about an hour, they got it to work. Afterwards, they tested it more and made sure it was running the way it’s supposed to and it was. Their thorough testing and problem-solving saved me a couple thousand dollars. They were very kind, answered all questions I had, and they were both very polite while giving off a positive vibe! I would recommend this Company (small business) to everyone and anyone who is looking for a reliable and reasonable priced company with knowledgeable Employees!

This is the second time in three years that Express has come out. 3 1/2 years ago was to pump the septic, and last week was for maintenance and possible pumping since the law now requires a septic tank to be inspected every three years. The owner was super helpful on the phone since we want to do some work in our backyard that involves some digging. He was very helpful over the phone answering my questions. During the appointment, Josh and Tim came to the house. They were super patient with us, answering all of our questions and explaining basics about our septic tank and drain field.
