The long Story: We started a bathroom renovation project about a month ago. My contractor suggested this store to me when our search for our desired tiles at big buck stores failed. I was looking at a particular design and when I walked in I was greeted by Sal, one of the sales representatives. He patiently showed me around and all the tiles close to what I wanted. Eventually, I settled with a choice of tile and niche material and he gave me a quote. We were amazed at the selection of beautiful tiles and quality vanities on display. Sal helped us by laying out multiple tiles to get the right combination we wanted, which is not easy. Sal's patience was as amazing as the tile selection. Ultimately, we found exactly what we wanted. The materials were delivered to the job within our time frame. Express has a wonderful large selection of tiles to choose from, more than any other store we visited, and we especially liked its policy to allow us to take the samples home to see in our house, since it is so hard to decide from just the board. Sal also ordered us complimentary manufacturer samples of the tile we decided on so we could be doubly sure of our selection before we bought it. We will use Express again for all our tile needs, and they also do complete kitchen and bath design services.
