We had four exterior doors replaced as three new doors two with transom windows, the other door was replaced by a beautiful stained glass full door length window. All new doors installed with brass kick plates and hardware. Beautiful sliding glass screen storm doors also installed. The home is a 1949 Williamsburg style home, square all around. The customer service Ross and his team gave was excellent. They did have to order one set of brass kick plates that was omitted but I must say, they were ordered and installed within a two weeks. I was kept informed and the communication was excellent. I enjoyed being home during installation because I was able to witness the details, precision & focus the installers were performing. They truly took pride in their service and product.

I’d been going back and forth on getting my vinyl siding and gutters redone on my house for quite some time now. After reaching out to a couple different companies I ended up going with Exterior Source. From speaking with the sales consultant Jason he explained everything about their product and the whole process of how the job would go. To the project lead/manager Nick keeping me aware of the job progress and little adjustment they had to make to ensure the i was getting quality work. To Jenny and Ashley at the office helping me with question I had. They were ALL very helpful and knowledgeable. I couldn’t ask for a better experience. I love my new Provia Endure double hung windows and Provia entry door! Ross, Bobby, Ryan and crew did a great job with the installation. If you need new windows, I highly recommend Exterior Source and Provia windows! Mark and his crew also installed new Trex Transcend front porch railing and did a very solid, attractive job. The team at Bath Source did a great job! From the initial meeting with Lynnwood, and the set up and scheduling with Barrett to the actual install with Matt and Stephon, we couldn’t have been more pleased. From the start, the sales rep did not try and sell us anything we didn't need/want. He worked with what we wanted and helped us design the door we wanted. After that, the office communicated everything to us. The installation was on time as arranged. The installers were professional and efficient. They made sure everything was correctly placed and helped understand the new installation, including the new upgraded locking mechanism. I would highly recommend this company to anyone within the hampton roads community!
