Exterior Specialists did a great job repairing stucco and repainting my 1930s house. Most impressive was the restoration of the original windows that had rotted wood, gaps, and had leaked badly in a recent storm. About a week after they completed, there was another big rain storm and everything held up great. I'm very satisfied and several neighbors have commented about how good the house looks.

Exterior Specialists painstakingly removed decades-old texture coat from a Pasadena, CA craftsman house before prepping and painting. The final result is gorgeous, but even more than that the strip and prep were performed so expertly that the house now has a new lease on life...and the 100-year-old redwood siding has a chance to be beautiful for another several decades (or more). Very happy with the final result. The entire team who worked on the house (for several weeks) was very professional and courteous, and kept us in the loop every step of the process.

Chris Jones at Exterior Specialists painted my house and I just LOVED the job that he and his crew did! They picked out exactly the right colours based on my (poetic) descriptions of what I wanted, started the job without delay, and finished in a timely manner. Oh, and they also cleaned up after themselves when the job was done. And when they discovered some hidden problems, they went ahead and repaired the issues. All for a VERY affordable price!! I will definitely have them back when it's time for touch-ups or to have the house re-painted again in the future. Having tried them once, on the recommendation of a friend, I am an enthusiastic fan!!

I found Chris Jones and Exterior Specialists through a flyer on my door. Chris came out to do the estimate and we found him to be extremely knowledgeable, professional, personable and low key. No sales pitch. After 3 bids, we hired him to do the exterior stucco, wood siding and 2 colors of trim on two houses and a garage on our property, as well as one interior room. He and his workers did a great job, and we are very happy with the results. And, the workers were very reliable. They came every day at the right time and worked all day. There were no real problems, only minor touch-ups when we did the walk thru and Chris came out several times to oversee the job. Our houses look beautiful and I would hire him again without question.
