Exteriors of Lansing Inc

We purchases new windows from Exteriors of Lansing (EoL) about 4 years ago and have been very happy. Our house is over 70 years old and still settling so adjustments had to be made. EoL sent Mike to house to the appropriate adjustments and he did a great job. We couldn't be more pleased with our decision to use Exteriors of Lansing.

Exteriors of Lansing is the best mid Michigan home improvement company in my opinion. I needed quite a bit of work done from the August storm. Customer service and scheduling were always 100 percent. KC really knows her stuff and kept us up to speed on all of the projects. All of the work performed was fantastic especially our brand new deck! Everyone was polite and friendly. I couldn’t ask for anything more. Well done!!

We had a great experience with Exteriors of Lansing on our window project. They didn’t waste time telling us all the problems with other window companies. Our sales rep was never pushy and didn’t attempt to pressure us when we let her know we were getting other quotes. Their pricing was competitive and we love the windows. Never over promised and under delivered. The installations were done in the timeframe committed to, there installers did a very professional job. And left everything cleaned up. We noticed a small area where they missed some caulking and they were back out in a day to fix it. Highly recommend.

Well they have done it again! I utilized Exteriors of Lansing in the past and they did an excellent job. I had a new home project and gave them a call. Tim came out and gave me a quote that came in lower than his competitors with more work being done. Kristen at the office is exceptional at what she does to make everything go as planned and coordinate the project. Kirk, who did the work is absolutely amazing at what he does. I was more than happily overwhelmed with the end results and will continue to call Exteriors of Lansing for any future home projects. I highly recommend anyone to give them a call for your next project and be as pleased as I am.

Just going around our house today looking at the windows we bought/had installed by this company and there are so many air leaks. Major regrets going with their product. I'll never use anyone other than Wallside again. They are more expensive, but their windows are solid.
