Edgar showed up within an hour of me calling him. He clearly described his process and what I could expect. Several days later he followed up to see how things were going and when I said I was still seeing fleas, he came back out and retreated the house. Next day ... no sign of any little jumping critters! I appreciated Edgar's promptness, professionalism, sense of humor, follow up and follow through. Highly recommend.
