I Called them to come out for a quote, I took off work and I was waiting and waiting for them to come out and I called them and the guy said I was never even put on the schedule after I already talked to a guy previously about them coming out and then guy said I’ll put you on the schedule, so I waited and waited, and nobody still didn’t come out. I called back and they said I wasn’t on the schedule again, at this point I couldn’t wait anymore my child had a doctors appointment I had to go to and I called back and told them to forget about it. Fast forward 2 weeks later I'm at work and they show up on my property without permission and puts random traps in places that didn’t make sense. I called them asking why they did that. Extermital struggles with customer service. One time I called to schedule an appointment and specified that it would need to be before noon as I had to go into the office after noon. They did NOT show up before noon, and when I called them to inquire why, they claimed that they did not know that there was a specific time and then proceeded to show up at my house without me being present. In fact, Extermital would often just show up at my house with no advanced notice. Even when I called them and told them they needed to give me advance notice. This service is only quarterly, and there are often intermittent pests that show up between services, which is why I like to be present to ensure they are appropriately addressing the concerns I have. This is why I will be cancelling my service. P.
