Herbert was friendly over the phone and in person. He was able to give me a quote and clean my sectional the same day. He took into account the fact that the sectional fabric was about 50 years old and suggested a light steam (versus heavy) to ensure the fabric wouldn't be damaged. I appreciated his professionalism and and promptness in scheduling me. The sectional is much more fresh and he was able to remove a stain on it as well as a ton of pet hair from the previous owner. Would highly recommend.

From the initial phone call to setting up the appointment and completing the work, everything was seamless. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and worked diligently to achieve the best possible results. My carpet was in rough shape—I had even considered replacing it after getting a quote for new carpet. Instead, I decided to try professional cleaning first, and I’m so glad I did! My carpets look amazing, and I’ll definitely be scheduling annual cleanings from now on.

Herbert came to my house and gave me a free estimate which was very important to me since my house is not fully carpeted. He gave me a great price and we set the time for the work to be done. He showed up on time and was very professional and my carpet came out looking great. Even better than it did with a previous carpet cleaning service.
