Extreme Carpet Cleaning

I’ve been using Chris for years for my tile and couch. He’s always been reliable, friendly, and does a great job!

The carpets were left a bit cleaner than before but I am not satisfied. The previous tenants of my home must have had cats and there were a lot of very yellow and dark spots that looked like rust/furniture stains throughout the carpet. Additionally one bedroom also had SO much cat hair everywhere. After calling around for carpet cleaning quotes and asking if the stain removal was possible, I had a realistic expectation that the stains would not come out no matter what cleaning service was hired. And the stains did not come out, they are still there. What I'm most annoyed about is that when the carpet cleaning service arrived, he took a look at the carpets before starting and told me that they needed to be vacuumed before he started otherwise all that cat hair would get matted up and push

Chris did an amazing job! I called and he was able to fit me in the next day. I had rented a steamer, which ended up causing more problems with the carpet-including some very bad stains that were not previously noticeable. I used Extreme Carpet Cleaning to do a thorough scrubbing of a 2250 square ft home that I was about to list on the market. I'm usually a do-it-yourself kind of person so I invested about 4 hours using a handheld steam cleaner and a boatload of baking soda before I gave up and decided to hire someone. I called around and got several quotes from different companies and Extreme Carpet quoted about half the price of all the other companies.
