Extreme Clean Cleaning Service failed to meet expectations. The team arrived late, appeared disorganized, and left several areas improperly cleaned. Communication with the company was poor, and there was no effort to address or resolve the issues. Considering the high cost, the overall quality and professionalism were disappointing. This service does not provide the reliability or attention to detail that customers should expect.
The ladies were very nice, and respectful, efficient,and on time, they did a wonderful job with my home. Very thoroughly cleaned and the cleaning supplies they used smelled amazing...
