Extreme Lawn Care and Landscaping

These people mowed right over perennial garden plant even when they were clearly marked (surrounded by hot pink silk flowers). I informed management of how the were marked, mowers went right over them. New employees insisted they were never told — but who mows right over fake flowers, informed or not? They refused to compensate me at all for over $200.00 of plants destroyed. Don’t go to these jerks!

Hello Valerie Anselm. this is the only way we are able to reply at this time. We are sorry to hear of your unsatisfactory review. But as you recall the "plantings" described here were not relayed to staff nor present at the time of mowing. As well as the owner coming to your home to try to rectify the situation in a calm and in person manner in which you were agitated, upset and vulgar. Unfortunately this could not be handled in a civil matter due to many reasons and services are better off not happening between certain parties in which we advised when canceling the service after your attempt to dodge payments all season and finally paying a small amount 8 months past due.
