I contacted Richard at Extreme Doors and Windows for a quote on a rear 8’ slider and a front entry door at our condo. Richard personally came to our condo and was timely and professional. The quote was very reasonable and he was invested in our installation deadline. Having received other quotes we decided to go with Extreme Doors because of confidence and relationship with Richard as he was knowledgeable, respectful and followed up personally with every step of the process! We had a very good experience with this company. Richard and Derrick are both very kind and knowledgeable and then their installers, Randy & Chyler were extremely efficient. They replaced 8 windows and our slider in two full days. No issues, and everything looks great. Nothing but good things to say about them.

I would not be able to recommend this company. We had a very negative experience. Our contractor ordered 6 windows for a major renovation from Extreme. The day they were installed I came home to see that where a large 72” horizontal slider window should be they had installed a munchkin cropped sliding glass door with a colossal 6” vinyl frame and clunky sliding glass door hardware. It even had a metal threshold on the outside sill. This was clearly a modified sliding glass door. Additionally, there was an oil based caulk mess on the travertine pool deck that was neither properly taped off (since it’s a finished surface) or cleaned off. So my husband and I spent the evening with a gallon of mineral spirits and rags cleaning up after them. A five foot picture window that was installed had se
