YAY, finally found my permanent heat repair/maintenance company! My heat pump stopped heating/cooling over weekend. Took a chance based on their great reviews, and they responded quickly. Had a technician scheduled for 2-3p.m on Monday, he came promptly at 2. Robert was FANTASTIC! He was honest, very upfront on problem, what he could do, and how much total cost.
