Absolutely do not use this company. We spent over $20,000 on engineered hardwood flooring for our home, and the installation was handled negligently. This company failed to perform a proper moisture test and did not apply a moisture barrier sealant on the concrete slab prior to installation — both of which are standard industry practices for slab foundations. We trusted their expertise and assumed any required preparation would be recommended, but it was not. As a result, our downstairs flooring has been completely ruined due to moisture intrusion coming directly from the slab. Instead of taking responsibility, the company is now attempting to shift the blame to us, claiming it’s a foundation problem — which it is not. Moisture levels in concrete naturally fluctuate with seasonal changes

My Sister got her floor done with EZ Floors a few weeks ago and we loved it so we contact them and since day one the service was great. The sales rep Adam assist me with a great smile and great service no sales pressure.. (Loved it) Gave great suggestions and Let us choose what we want it. We had a few strangles with our credit application but he work with us all the way to get it done. We are extremely happy with how everything is looking.The installation team is also great they worked fast and clean. Help move furniture as need and clean after everyday. 100% recommended

Well, my experience with Ez floor is Excellent in every aspect, and this is why. I called for a quote from 3 different places that professionally installs Wood flooring and Ez Floor was the 3rd quote that was done by Mr. Adam Jasim, this just is very professional, detailed, knowledgeable and Respectful ( he removed his shoes before stepping at my carpet before going up the stairs ) which other wouldn’t care .. 👍 . Mr. Jasim answered all of our question in his best experience and knowledge patiently & understanding what we need, so My Wife and I decided to Hire them and Trusting them to do the Job while having zero idea of what outcome will it be.
