I was excited to work with this company because of all the five star reviews and the guarantee that what I needed would be executed with precision. Lesson learned. As any home renovation entails, of course there were a few bumps in the road & when I addressed them they were resolved. Only after hear ing things like “Well this wasn’t primarily done because cosmetics it was done out of necessity.” Another was (and I am paraphrasing) that level of attention I wanted /seeking was only contingent upon South Brach prices. I have cracked tiles that, still have problem areas on walls that I paid to be “resurfaced” and it of all a deep level of regret because I now have to search for someone else to finish the third phase of our renovation.
