He looked at the attic and said he would try to fix it without redoing everything which he was able to do. He was not trying to do anything that was unnecessary. He let us know what he was doing. He let us know what caused the problem. He cared very much about making sure the attic was safe and we felt comfortable. We were very happy with his work.
