He stopped by to apologize for the lapse in communication and completed the work that was promised, including replacing the tree that had died and patches of sod that did not take. I’ve upgraded the review from 3 to 4 stars as a result of the follow-up. —————- I hired EZ to complete the backyard at my new home, and I really wanted to leave a 5 star review. However, my experience has been mediocre, at best. While I do like the finished yard, communication has been inconsistent and customer service lacking. EZ started the project later than expected and I've had several issues that required follow-up and more onsite work (leaks, stuck valves, dead plants and sod). I used EZ Landscaping for sprinkler installation, rock landscaping, sod installation and yard grading in my new backyard. They did an amazing job!! They were very professional and prompt when coming out for a quote and coordinating about the job. They arrived on time on the day we scheduled to have everything done and got straight to work. The team they had working on my yard was incredibly fast and hardworking. The end result is beautiful, they did a really great job! I would recommend them to anyone who needs any yard services, and specifically to new build yards that need full service.
