EZ Public Parking

Very easy! First time here. The attendant was able to refund me since my friend gave me wrong maps link. Good people work here, the area surrounding is rough. Made conversations to attendant, then realized im in wrong garage. And politely asked for refund.

No other better place to park if you have to visit the civic center area. But it's expensive.

This parking lot was a life saver. Not only did the other parking garage charged $41, but it was cash only. The attendee was not only respectful, but charged almost half of what the other garage was charging and accepted card. I was able to find great valet parking and enjoy the concert at the Warfield. I rarely do 5 star reviews but when I do, it’s only because they deserve it for their excellent service. 5 stars to EZ Parking Garage

I chose to park here because it was cheap, in a good location and nearby my hotel. I did not expect the incredible costumer service and kindness exhibited by the staff. Our car picked up a nail on the drive in and by the time we were ready to leave, our tire was completely flat. The on duty staff worked on our car for 30 minutes- trying to inflate our tire and ultimately removing our rusted tire in exchange for the spare. As a non “car savvy” person who was way out of my depth, their help and cheery attitudes was very much appreciated. Absolutely recommend.

This ~20 space parking garage charged $40 for us to park a Dodge ram 1500 overnight. I think they advertise $30 but they considered the truck oversized because of the camper shell I guess. That wouldn't be so bad for the tenderloin but they had one job that they managed to butcher. When we went back to our car 18 hours later we came back to a dead battery. They had left the key on in the ignition. The attendant didn't even come down to tell us. Just yelled from the second story, "hey bro, your car won't start!" Thanks, bro. I informed the guy while we were waiting for AAA to come that the same thing they did to our car was happening to an Explorer down the way. They left the lights on and twenty minutes after I told him he finally got around to shutting it off. Let's hope it wasn't too lat
