EZ Pro did a great job. My salesperson, Zach, was knowledgeable and worked with me to find a design I liked that was within my budget. Nick Norris, the installer, was friendly and explained every step of the installation along the way and the job was fine on schedule. My bathroom looks fantastic and I love my walk in shower.

We replaced the old tile walkin shower with new low maintenance materials and improved accessibility, and it looks great! The EZPro team explained the entire process from beginning to end and we had no surprises. Neil's installation was superb and we are extremely pleased with the result.

Our installer was Jerry T. Smith, and he did a GREAT job installing our new walk-in shower. He rolled out runners to keep our floors clean, and did a nice job of explaining use and care of the shower at the end. Very polite and thorough! Another special mention to Shawn, the Greenville warehouse manager (didn't get his last name), who was here the 1st day to do the tear-out and prep for Jerry on day 2. He had to do some plumbing rerouting and did everything the best way. He also did great work and left the room clean and ready for Jerry's install. We love our new shower! Rick & Susan

We were so happy to find a reasonable company to replace our tub to a shower. Zach our representative came out and explained every detail and the company was willing to work with our budget. Our installer named Chris was so detailed and polite about the work. He answered all our questions and finished in two days. He left no mess and everything was taken away when finished. The shower turned out beautiful and we are so pleased. Would definitely recommend EzPro Express to any one looking for a bath remodel.

We needed our 1960’s tiled shower redone, as the shower pan was leaking. Our installer, Chris B. came out and had it completely demoed in the first day, down to the studs. He repaired, replaced and rebuilt everything within two days. He moved quickly and answered any questions we had along the way.
