Writing this review and they are lucky there isn’t an option to give 0 stars where do I begin. Started with a free quote for them to look at my property and give me pricing on my railings that would need to be custom made and would take 3-4weeks(fully understandable) Once the 4weeks had past no communication no checking in with me about process of my purchase and was scheduled a week later (again no problem) was scheduled on a Monday for a 8-4 window I which they said they don’t communicate or give a call or heads up when they will arrive (which I thought was weird since it’s 2021 and that seems like common practice for a GOOD BUSINESS) wasted my entire day no communication waiting for my custom railings I waited over a month for. Called their office to be greeted by their representative

This past spring, we had six sets of railings installed on the exterior steps around our property. The salesman, Eric Acosta, took all the measurements, and six weeks later, the railings were ready for installation. When the railings were delivered, Eric noticed kinking in one set, and we decided not to accept that set. The set was replaced without any additional charges. The two-man installation team was professional and knew what they were doing. The result is sets of attractive and sturdy railings. Finally, Eric was a polite salesman who was a pleasure to deal with.

Not Professional, Not on time, Not Responsive.... I took valuable time off from work to meet Eric to measure for my free estimate. He showed up late and then sat in his truck in my driveway. I had to go out and get him. Two weeks later, I still don't have my quote. All of my calls go unanswered. I asked for a supervisor and was told, "he just stepped out". Never got a call back from him either. GARBAGE customer service!!!!

I have used F&C Professional Numerous times for home rails. Eric, provides excellent prices and installation with their products. The office staff keeps in contact with you regarding scheduling for your rails.
