F G Iron Works

Initially the work done was done well. However, I am experiencing a problem with one of the two railings installed (it's loose). There are no little children hanging on the railing, there is no abuse. The railing is hardly used going up & down the left side of the steps because the door opening is on the right side of the steps. I called F & G Iron Works to come back & take a look at the railing & to repair. I was told by the owner 6 weeks ago to give a call back in week as there was a death in the family. I waited 2 weeks before calling again. I have called several times over the last 6 weeks & the mailbox is always full. I left 4 messages on a cell # over the last 3 weeks & still no return call. Very disappointed. F & G is not standing by their work

Wow! I am beyond impressed by the work I had done! I was able to completely customize my railings. Professional and friendly workers. Quality was beyond anything I expected. Highly recommend.

Horrible customer service, the absolute worst, very overpriced , a lot of short cuts with their work. Don't not use them if you are smart
