I booked an appointment with this company because of the great reviews. I was scheduled with a two hour window for someone to come by and provide and estimate and potentially do the service, but no one showed up. My time was slotted for 11-1. I started calling at 1 to let them know I hadn’t seen anyone and was told they would check in with the technician and he would be calling me back. No one ever called. I called about 6 times between 1:00-4:00pm and was told each time they were trying to get ahold of him and that this never happens. They told me I could reschedule for this morning and someone would be out between 9:00-11:00am. I was a littler weary, but was assured someone would show up.
