Lawn care service was fine for a bit, but then they attempted to charge me over triple our agreed upon rate after the work was done. Really deceptive and also rude when I tried to understand why they were doing this. Felt bullied into paying more than we agreed to. Awful and sneaky. EDITING TO RESPOND TO BUSINESS: What a strange response. You did work for me for many months after I found you on Thumbtack. I can add the screenshots of our texts if you'd like, but ultimately I think your response demonstrates the exact issue I cited in my review... Dishonesty and evasiveness. I am sure this review (and your response) will help others who are considering lawn care services with this business.
