I’m leaving a mixed review because my experience had both positives and negatives. The fence itself deserves 5 stars. It is solidly built, looks great, and I am very happy it. I feel confident it will last for many years. The company's customer services deserves 2 stars. The project faced five separate delays, all on the company’s end. Three of these delays were communicated to me with less than 24 hours' notice, and two times I was informed less than 20 minutes before the crew was supposed to arrive. This lack of communication was frustrating and made taking time off work hard. Over all, while I’m happy with the fence itself, it seems they have a history of bad communication from other reviews. I hope the company improves their communication and reliability.

My go to fencing company. Fred has always come thru and his crews are always good to work with. For a commercial general contractor it’s great to have subcontractors you can depend on.

The fence estimator came out on Thursday, August 1, 2025 and took the measurements for the cyclone fence and gate. The estimator had a family medical condition arise, which caused him some difficulty getting back to me in a timely manner. I was really looking forward to having them do the job, but I hope everything is better now. They have been in business for a long time and have a very good reputation. They would’ve done a great job.

I contacted F&W Fence for a quote for our backyard fence. It’s a pretty straightforward fence and I felt the meeting went well. However we never received a quote from them. I called a few weeks later to check in on it and the receptionist contacted the guy that came out to give the quote and he said he was almost done with it and we’d have it by Wednesday. She also mentioned she would call and let us know the quote had been sent. Well 3 weeks later we still don’t have a quote from them and we were never contacted. I called other contractors and they all had a quote to me the same day they came out. It’s a shame because I really admired the quality of their work. We got their contact from our neighbor that used F&W about a year ago and we always admired it.
