We GC’ed our own custom built home. We decided to go with F1 and we couldn’t have picked a better framer. Not knowing as much as your typical GC, Francisco made it so easy and explained the whole process. We made small changes as the house was going up and they had no problems with us making the changes. They made our experience easy and trustworthy. Highly recommend them.
We’re building our house up in Auberry that has very high ceilings. The crew is always professional by being on time, working hard, always courteous, and respectful.
