Olman gave recommendations along the way that brought our deck project to a perfect outcome. Craftsmanship is outstanding- every detail superb, our finished project looks amazing. They completed the project ahead of schedule and even power washed the entire area and left it better than they found it. Olman runs an A+++ company and his employees and end result shows. My husband and I Have been renovating our home on and off for years. We are very familiar with contractors and working with different types of projects and companies. I have to say that we have had the best experience with F3 construction. We had received Different estimates from various companies and they were the most economical. At first, we were hesitant because you get what you pay for, but they were fantastic. They cleaned up after themselves and did the work during the time frame stated. F3 Construction did an amazing job remodeling our deck. From the very beginning, Olman helped us through the planning and design and took into consideration every detail of our vision for what we wanted. Everything from the cascading steps to what we were looking for in lighting, was delivered exactly the way we envisioned it and more. Olman and his crew were professional, knowledgeable and organized. They worked diligently to get the project done on time, while still paying attention to every detail to make sure it was done right.
