FA Outdoors did an excellent job on my deck project (facelift). Tanner, the project manager, and along with the rest of the FA Outdoors team, are professional, communicated clearly every step throughout the project and helped handle HOA paperwork timely. The crew worked efficiently and completed the project in a week, with great attention to detail. The pricing was fair, the process was smooth. We just completed a very large project with Tanner as our Project Manager (patio, deck, fence, porch roof). Throughout the process, we were impressed with his professionalism, his willingness to listen, to discuss solutions that addressed our concerns, to insist on giving us excellent services and products. After almost 20 years it was time to redo/update our deck and porch. We got estimates from multiple companies but went with FA Outdoor Spaces for a variety of reasons. Working with Tim on the contract and then getting Tanner as our project manager couldn’t have worked out better. Tanner’s (and his team’s) responsiveness, desire to get it right, and ensure the final product was what we wanted and envisioned has been outstanding. They also installed a Pergola over our hot tub and we can’t wait to have the porch project done next. The deck is perfect and they ensured we had a gate installed so we could hit golf shots to the green we put in our back yard! The TimberTech boards and the black posts and balusters look awesome!

Great experience with Tanner and Ronny. The deck looks fantastic and we’re excited for the warm weather to start using it. They were great in iterating on the design and figuring out how to fit our desired layout in with the constraints. Permitting took around 2 months to get sorted out and construction itself took about a month. My guess is it would have been faster if not for weather combined with some design alterations which required county approval. Tanner was helpful in sorting out these hiccups. Overall, the experience was good. Based on what I saw, their pricing is competitive without sacrificing the quality of work. Would recommend!

We first contacted FA Outdoors for the building of our addition after seeing a project they did on another home in our neighborhood which was beautiful! From start to finish, our project manager Veronika, was in constant communication with us throughout the process. The construction crew were extremely knowledgeable and competent in their skills and worked long days and even some weekends and stayed on target for our projected timelines. Veronika went above and beyond to make sure things ran smoothly. Our neighbors and friends all complimented how beautiful it turned out. Our project required opening up two 8 foot walls in the side of our existing home and enclosing an upstairs window. The wall was a load bearing wall for upper floor so careful planning and safety measures were taken
