Loading wait time can be way longer than it needs to be. I'm there an average of 4-6 hours every time. Poor communication. Some of the workers are friendly, props to them. Almost always a crane or 2 broke down. Pretty straightforward once you've been there a few times but wait times haven't improved in the past 4 years.

Slow loading flatbeds. 4+ hour wait average. Horrible communications with loaders w cranes. They ignore drivers on channel 15 for updates for the most part unless you complain about being skipped. Two people were skipped while I was there. Talking with other drivers say this is a common problem. Sloppy loading techniques and bad attitudes when you ask them to adjust for legal overhang. Keep up w your hours and make them pay detention.

The crew at the home depot in forney Texas are really slow and bad attitude towards drivers.
