The owner worked incredibly hard — he spent over 5.5 hours at our home, all by himself, and never once took a break. His attention to detail was remarkable. He was meticulous, kind, and genuinely committed to making sure every carpet and surface looked perfect before he left. It’s rare these days to find someone who takes such pride in their work. With over 33 years in business, his level of skill and professionalism really shows. Not only was the service top-tier, but the value was excellent as well. Fabricare is truly a trustworthy company with a craftsman’s dedication to quality. We cannot recommend them highly enough!

James did an excellent job cleaning our sectional sofa. He was professional, punctual, and very thorough, and the couch looks noticeably cleaner and refreshed. He took the time to make sure everything was done right. I was really impressed with the results and would absolutely recommend James to anyone needing upholstery cleaning.

I meant to take before pictures but forgot. Will update the NEXT time we use Jim and do a before photo. He did such an amazing job. We have 4 children and a lighter colored carpet. They obviously made it look pretty dirty with things like makeup, colored markers, drinks and food. You could see heavy traffic marks on the stairs as well as each room you entered. The carpet looks almost brand new. Thank you so much and this has made my life so much easier and less stressful!

I used Jim to clean the carpets in the home I had just purchased. What a magician he is! There was a terrible traffic pattern stain in the living room and the basement needed some help as well. When Jim was done the place looked drastically different. We absolutely love the way the carpets look now. Jim was very reasonably priced and did a quality job.
