Face Lift Remodel

I originally thought Alex was a stand up guy, BUT 10 months later, I am not happy with Alex or the drive way he did for me. 3 months after he poured the driveway, it cracked where it wasn’t supposed to and got holes in it. After many text messages he finally came out and sawed the concrete where it was supposed to crack naturally. By the pictures you can see where he sawed it wider and all the way through the concrete. You can also see where they didn’t saw it straight and it’s sawed crooked and then sawed straight again. Didn’t bring out any silicone to seal it up, which he told me he was going to. He didn’t fix the holes in the concrete either. It was only after many text messages that he sent out one of his guys to fix the holes. Now I have another hole and still haven’t come out to put

Tankless water heater and whole house water filter system. With most renovations there might be minor problems. Alex and Face Lift informed us and provided solutions. Do not worry about water outage. They made sure we had water in the evening! I would not hesitate in using Face Lift on my next project.

Facelift Remodel (Alex) did a complete tear out of our Master Bath, his crew did a great job and my wife was very comfortable with them in our house. They are polite and professional. Alex cut granite & installed a Farmhouse sink for me today. He did a great job communicating from start to finish. I am so happy with the new look and can't wait to have him and his team back to do more repairs I needs done.
