Factor Irrigation

Charlie and team Factor installed my system in 1997 and have serviced it every year since. They are honest, hardworking, reliable and genuinely nice people. Josh Factor is a pleasure to work with.

We had a great experience with Factor Irrigation. They installed a new sprinkler system on our very hilly lawn. They were efficient, professional, did amazing work and they came in just under the estimate. Would highly recommend.

Would NOT recommend......I have found this company to be very unresponsive, (after Numerous calls) they came out to shut down our system for the winter, they blew out the lines left my car full of mud I called to complain they said there was nothing they could do my husband was home (he was in the house, ) I saw it after they left, why didn't the tech ask me to move my car. We paid last year to the close/open the system. So they came last week to open the system, my husband clearly said set the timer for M,W, & F @ 2 (the tech also had to replace a broken sprinkler head.) The tech came repair the sprinkler head, never set the timer, nor did he test the system. Never came to the door to say he was leaving. I would NOT recommend this company

Totally non responsive. Lacking attention to detail. Phone calls not returned. Do not answer the phone. Just not customer friendly. Used to be good, I did business with them for close to 20 yrs, but last several years really bad. Although I am not sure, but I suspect the business was run by the father and now the children are trying to run it. Would not recommend.

The follow through is extremely poor. They need to hire more people to provide adequate service to the existing accounts. Extremely disappointed . Do not recommend this company .
