Cannot say enough good things about my experience from scheduling to the actual technicians I was very impressed. Devon is SUPER knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He identified and fixed the unit's issues immediately! Which was amazing after I having another company out 3 times previously and never able to figureout or fix. I cannot recommend this company highly enough for their quality and customer service! They have a new lifelong customer.

Devon arrived on time and was very profesional & competent as he completed a service inspection on my 3-year old AC system that was not cooling as well as it used to. It took a little time for him to diagnose the evaporator coil was probably damaged during installation and needed to be replaced. The parts were ordered and arrived within a week. The repair team arrived on schedule (again), got to work, and quickly finished the job - including a post-service inspection / test and a job site clean-up. I would highly recommend Factory A/C Direct - for any air conditioning work that is needed.

Great service as always, Devon was my tech that arrived 45 min, if that, after I place a service call at 4:45 on a Friday afternoon. He went to work right away and solved the problem within 30 minutes and my ac was cooling again. I can’t thank them enough for their prompt attention to my needs. Devon installed our Reme Halo system in our system to help reduce bacteria, orders, mold, etc in our house plus he did a service on our system. He did a great job, kept me in the loop on the process and showed me pictures on our a/c unit. Very pleased with his work!!!
