This is the second new appliance that they have incorrectly ordered parts for. They just can’t get it right(or they don’t want to). They have inconvenienced us for the last time. It took 6 months to get parts for our oven saying they were on back order only to find out that the manufacturer had them in stock when I called them. Now with our new Refrigerator/ Freezer, they made a trip to diagnose the problem, didn’t get the right parts again and now we have water on the floor after being out of town. Before we purchase another appliance from a local company we will be asking who the warranty is with, if it’s factory appliance we will leave the store. It is just unbelievable how they run their business. Do these manufacturers know how bad they are?

If I could give 0 stars I would. I've had 4 technicians come out over the course of 2 and a half months. Neither of them communicated with each other, lost parts, had to reorder, then sent wrong parts, then misdiagnosed the problem. 2 months later I still have a 3 year old fridge that won't cool. Don't get me wrong the techs seem to know every time what the problem is, but somehow that's not communicated via the back office to the new tech or just isn't documented right. I am being forced via my extended warranty company to use them otherwise I would have already ditched em. The scheduling is horrific once they REORDERED the parts they lost, I still had to wait 3 weeks for them to come out. Scenario 1: Tech 1 came out to diagnose the issue with "NEW" stove. 3 new parts were required, per the tech. I had to pay an up front deposit of $959.74 for parts to be ordered. Tech 2 came out to install new parts, but determined the parts were not required as the problem was not with the stove but in the breaker box! Two weeks waiting for parts, hours spent waiting for each tech to arrive... I did however receive a refund. Tech 1 needs to be let go!! Scenario 2: Same tech from scenario 1 was sent out to diagnose problem with "New refrigerator!" Diagnosis by tech was for a new compressor. Diagnosis was made without benefit of pulling out the refrigerator!! An upfront deposit of $425.78 to order a compressor was required. Two weeks later tech 2 came out to install the compressor. Dryer has been out since December 26th. Parts came in January 9th. They just scheduled me FEBRUARY 8th for repair. Do not ever buy where this warranty company is offered. Completely unresponsive and zero communication during the process. Will not answer the phone at okc or Tula. Will not call you back. DO NOT BUY. We've since had to buy a new dryer for $600 because we have an entire family of clothes to wash. And they say the only have ONE technician for repairs.

We purchased a GE range from Hahn's Appliance in June 2022. We also purchased the extended warranty from Hahn's (Safeware Co ) at the same time. In March 2024 the range stopped working. Since it was past the one year Manufacturer warranty, we called the Extended Warranty company (Safeware) in March of this year. Safeware send a company (Factory Appliance Service) to fix the range. Since March 2024, we have had two repairmen out attempting to fix the range. They have replaced 3 different parts and ordered 2 parts that did not fit our range. (One of the repairmen said his background was fixing cell phones, which obviously gave us all the confidence our range would be fixed.) We decided there was no end in sight.
