Factory Flooring outlet Helped us change out our carpet to lovely vinyl flooring in an emergency situation. The flooring looks beautiful, the workers came in, laid the flooring, cleaned up and were very kind, personable, and skilled. The entire staff led by Denise were fantastic, Kind and helpful. I went back, after our life settled a bit, and bought a beautiful remnant that they had bound for an area rug. They are wonderful! Always will be my first choice.

Our floor installation was completed mid-week last and we are very happy with the end result. We worked with Rick during the entire process and he was friendly, professional and thorough. Went to FFO due to being a locally owned business. I also had some personal references. Met Rick, who I showed some pictures of my place and explained my budget. Rick wasted no time in showing me a discounted product that met my needs and budget. LVP. Scheduled the work, they ended coming out a week early which was nice. Team showed up on time, did the best work, and when done, I had a new floor, and you would not even know these guys had been there. Great experience, in work and price, highly recommended.

Really impressed with this team! Got some flooring installed that didn't hold up and Rick went above & beyond to ensure we had a perfect finished product! Our floors couldn't look better! Definitely recommend this company to take care of you and have your back!
