Subpar installation and sloppy cleanup. Pointed out low spots in concrete as laminate was being installed but was told by installer there was nothing they could do about it. Now laminate flooring creaks and moves noticeably when walking on it in several places in our home. Woman at store was pleasant and friendly but installers do not know what they are doing. Now we have to pay someone else to fix our 3 day old floor.

Nice lady that helped. Was looking for a couple of boxes of older laminate flooring. Found a sample of it in their show room. Was told she would order it for me. She was suppose to call me back on a Monday to verify she ordered it and give credit card number to pay for it. Never got a call. I called twice and got voice mail, left messages twice and never got a call back. So much for customer service.

I love my carpet great price and good quality carpet. Customer service is excellent just set a date to install in the other two bedrooms

So helpful and patient with me as I had trouble picking what I wanted. Quick and easy installation. Love my floors! Thank you for such a great job! Can’t wait to do the rest of our house one day!

Chris does a phenomenal job and is very knowledgeable about his materials and flooring. He used spacers and I highly recommend him to others. One of the best guys I’ve ever contracted.
