The address on the invoice is different but I hope this is the one. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE AND ALTHOUGH THEY MAY BE NICE BUT DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!! Just like others, the warranty company sent them out and the second time, the tech lied on the order and they denied what was actually covered. He stated that the drier filter was not present which is true if you only look in one place. He never came inside to look in the attic where they were located. School of YouTube taught me to look in two places for it. Outside and inside where the furnaces are. For them to be certified they don’t take the time to learn anything and now I have to go through the whole process with the warranty company to get my second unit fixed.

If I can give them zero stars I would. Extreme Heating and Air was a vendor for my warranty company. My AC was broken and Shane, the owner, came to check it out. Number one, he asked to used my restroom and did not wash his hands when he was done. I thought that was crazy especially during these Covid-19 times. Number two, HE pulled the attic staircase down in order to check out the AC unit. After he checked the unit he came down the attic stairs and broke my stair case. He refused to pay to repair my stairs and said it wasn’t his fault. This is obscured. I don’t feel comfortable or confident in this company to repair anything. American Home Shield sent out Extreme Heating and Air. Luckily they were able to come out the same week. Tech came out on 8/6/24 said it was the capacitor so he changed it for a new one. He said that should fix my issue but no. I had him come back out on 8/9/24, but this time I started to tell him what to check. He went to the attic where my furnace was, which he didnt do the first time. Suggested I change the filter and he blew out the pipes. I thought we were good but again, my home wasnt staying cool. I had a third service call where the owner Shane came out, he had no tools in his hand, not a one. He walked around the unit and came into my home and checked the furnace. He looked at the thermostat but NEVER tested the connection. He also lied to AHS saying nothing was wrong with my u

Our AC upstairs went out. We contacted American Home Shield for assistance, they contacted this company to our issue. We had two technicians to come out and both diagnose different problems. We waited for American Home Shield contact us about paying for our AC to get fixed and was informed that they don't cover for a part missing from our air conditioning unit per the technician diagnose. We tried multiple times calling Extreme Heating and Air for another technician to come and fix it...no answer at all. Please don't use this company as there technicians lack proper skills in finding the correct diagnose to fix our air conditioning.

I was assigned to this contractor by American Shield to have my AC serviced. The technician came out and stated he would send the report to American Shield re: Dx. A few days passed so I called American Shield. They told me a part was being ordered and they would schedule the repair. That was 2 weeks ago. I’ve been calling Extreme Heating & Air and have yet to speak with anyone. I’ve called American Shield several times and they can’t get them on the phone either. They’ve emailed them and received 1 response and that was that the part was ordered. I believe this is a scam. I’ve contacted a higher authority in hopes to get my money back or service repaired professionally. I understand why they have a low review score.
