My experience with Fairclaims Roofing was absolutely excellent! The contractor was very honest and professional with the procedures and benefits of a metal roof with zero sales pressure! They removed the old shingles and and replaced decking when needed. The installation crew was always courteous and arrived each day on time. Their attention to details and craftsmanship was amazing! I am completely satisfied and pleased with my new metal roof! When the job was completed, they all debris like they were never there! My new roof is BEAUTIFUL!!! I highly recommend their services when you decide it’s time.

Nice roof! Fairclaims roofing did a great job in a time crunch for us with a winter freeze in Jan ‘25 throwing off the schedule. They got the project done in 2 or 3 days even with supply chain challenges. We switched homeowners insurance to save money, but when the insurance company saw the old shingles on our roof, they gave us one month to replace the roof. We did have a minor leak that would cause drywall damage during heavy rain and upon closer inspection, we could see the roof needed to be replaced. I a lot of research and got quotes from multiple roofers. Chris Kidd was excellent to work with and very helpful answering all my questions. He helped us apply for financing and we paid off the project in 12 months. After the work was done, they sent a pool cleaner out to clean up debris

My neighbor got her new roof first and that’s how I met Chris Honeycutt with Fair Claims. He came out and gave us an estimate and thoroughly went over every single detail with my husband and myself. I really was a “ pest” asking many questions and messaged him many times. He not only was quick to reply , but went above and beyond bringing me shingle samples when I couldn’t make up my mind ! We finally went with the brand new Midnight Mesa shingles . We love it! And the crew was absolutely amazing! They were very polite, professional, and utmost attention to detail. The pool, pool equipment , generator , AC unit were all protected. An important detail was the clean up and they did a fantastic job! I highly recommend! Thanks to Chris we had a 5star experience.

Thoroughly satisfied with roof replacement by FairClaims Roofing and Construction. I had a claim denied by insurance company for damage that occurred on a 20 year old roof during Hurricane Beryl. Owner, Justin O’Neil, was very knowledgeable and informative about roof condition and options. With his recommendations my insurance company paid the full claim. It had been more than a year from the time I received the original bid from Justin until the claim was settled. Even though it had been a year, not only did he honor the original price but lowered it by about 8%. This is a large roof. He sent around 18 guys. Took 2 days from start to finish including cleanup. Covered pool, ac’s, pool equipment, windows and landscaping. Did a good job on clean up. Expecting to find a few nails around. With

Grateful for a smooth transaction with Tyler from Fair Claims roofing! Before I even hired him, he had gone above and beyond to obtain something for my roof right before a storm, out of concern. That kind of thoughtfulness blew me away! He had a super thorough examination written up for my insurance claim, and the whole process went surprisingly quick. The laborers did a great job, they were seriously committed to getting that big roof on before the coming days’ storm, and even protected the pool really well. Tyler certainly knows this business and works hard to accommodate your needs and concerns. He seemed to impress the insurance adjuster too! If you need a fair quote from a good company- this would be a great choice! :) I would use them again in future.
