Faircloth Plumbing & Heating

Faircloth Plumbing came out to fix my toilet in July of 2024. He was here for 15 minutes and used an electronic snake to clear the clog. The service cost was $240. Two days later, when I went to use it for the first time, it did not work. I called Faircloth again and he suggested I replace the entire toilet for an additional $550. I asked for a partial refund, since he did not repair it correctly, and he refused. Another plumber remedied the issue which did NOT include replacing the toilet and it was cheaper. I would have wasted an additional $550 if I stayed with Faircloth. I have never encountered an entire disregard for fair and honest practices in a business. Be warned. I would take my business elsewhere.

If you need plumbing work definitely call this company. Chris was great to work with. The big plumbing companies will over charge you. Punctual, quality work and very fair pricing. What more could you ask for?

I tried to replace the seal on my toilet that was leaking. When I removed the toilet the flange that was mounted to the concrete was rusted and destroyed. I called Faircloth and they came out the next day. He repaired the flange, installed new wax rings, and had the toilet mounted and operational within an hour. Awesome work! I would recommend Faircloth Plumbing to everyone!

So happy I found Chris with Faircloth - was timely in responding and fixing an under sink leak. Probably here maybe 15 mins, all fixed, and incredibly reasonably priced. Will call again in the future.
